Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Westminster

Salary: £30 - £40k per annum

Key responsibilities;

  • Diary/ calendar management supporting the director and getting meetings booked in efficiently
  • Book, organise any travel arrangements and process expenses accordingly
  • Build and management relationships with all external and interval parties. Being the first point of contact for retails, Agent, Advisors, Lawyers etc.
  • Undertaking day to day HR administrative tasks within the Department.
  • Supporting with recruitment and on boarding of new members of the team, collating paperwork and documents.
  • Attending team meetings and reporting updates on all matters supporting current projects.
  • Attending and organising board meetings, committee meetings and ad hoc meetings.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative cover to other teams during busy periods and holidays.

Your experience;

  • Previous experience supporting directors or head of within a Real Estate or Corporate setting.
  • Highly efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, and Excel
  • Highly efficient in calendar and diary management
  • Previous experience booking travel and processing expenses
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to take ownership of problems to see through to solution
  • Ability to manage multiple expectations effectively, able to take initiative with multiple tasks
  • Be an organised and efficient team player
  • Positive and proactive attitude
