- Inbox management, compose and prepare internal / external correspondence
- Diary management
- Coordinate travel itineraries and collate expenses
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting packs and documents
- Oversight of the finance team operations, including workflow, events, budgets etc
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and clients
- General and routine office duties
- Solid PA / EA experience is essential, minimum 5 years
- Previous experience within a finance or legal department would be advantageous
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Client focused with the ability and desire to go the extra mile
- Exceptional written and verbal English
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
