My client is seeking an extremely adaptable Executive Assistant to join a Hedge Fund which has recently opened a London office. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and CIO who are both UHNWI. They are both impressive individuals with a desire to grow the fund internationally over the next 5 years. The role will operate within a small team due to the office being brand new and therefore will need to be flexible to changing demands and responsibilities. The successful Executive Assistant will be a calm, level-headed individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where they can use their initiative to make processes more efficient.What you’ll do:
  • Extensive diary management – able to deal with last minute changes, back-to-back meeting coordination and clashes in CEO’s diary
  • Organise complex international multi-step travel with potential last-minute changes e.g. arranging flights to another location mid-trip
  • Be in charge of logistic arrangements such as booking transport, hotels and restaurants and organising travel documents such as visas
  • Admin support for presentations, amending documents and reports for board meetings
  • Support with ad hoc projects for the team as required
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience supporting UHNWI within boutique finance organisations
  • Minimum 10 years+ Executive Assistant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Self–motivated and proactive
  • Adaptable, calm and extremely organised
