- Extensive diary management – able to deal with last minute changes, back-to-back meeting coordination and clashes in CEO’s diary
- Organise complex international multi-step travel with potential last-minute changes e.g. arranging flights to another location mid-trip
- Be in charge of logistic arrangements such as booking transport, hotels and restaurants and organising travel documents such as visas
- Admin support for presentations, amending documents and reports for board meetings
- Support with ad hoc projects for the team as required
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information
- Previous experience supporting UHNWI within boutique finance organisations
- Minimum 10 years+ Executive Assistant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Self–motivated and proactive
- Adaptable, calm and extremely organised
