Executive Assistant

38-42k plus excellent benefits

Hybrid 2 days in City office

This position is quite unusual, it would be a mix of EA tasks, Operations, Finance, Marketing and some HR too. Therefore we are looking for someone who can evidence experience of working in a broad reaching role, displays a real can-do attitude, upbeat and confident manner together with professionalism and diplomacy skills.

This Consultancy requires an EA to support an MD, Ops Director and Ops Manager. The role will require extensive communication with the Snr Leadership Team and the wider business from top to bottom. This will require the ability to work autonomously, take the lead on projects and be the eyes and ears when appropriate.

Duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management and managing complex changing schedules
  • Inbox management
  • Arranging and attending senior level meetings and writing up minutes
  • Building relationships with senior management and staff across the business and fielding and assisting with queries
  • Managing the new joiners and leavers, onboarding requirements, appraisal management
  • Organise drinks receptions and dinners
  • Supporting IT, support Project implementation
  • Assist payroll and weekly credit control management - requiring strong excel skills

You will also get involved the marketing, events and social media for the team.

The role will suit a bright, calm, team player with excellent organisational skills. You will thrive in a fast paced, high-pressured, ever-changing environment and possess the ability to adapt when necessary. The role would suit an PA/EA who has been exposed to the operational side of a business and who is eager to learn and develop. You must have strong excel and ideally have some basic exposure to accounts/finance work ideally having exposure to payroll.
