- Network and build relationships with senior leaders and their EAs
- Manage diaries, travel and accommodation
- Arrange and attend meetings and produce minutes
- Minute meetings
- Deal with incoming correspondence, emails, documents, reports, briefing papers, presentations
- Coordinate and monitor budgets
- Process expenses and invoices
- Update databases
- Prepare programmes and briefs for conferences and seminars
- Cover for other assistants when required
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant/PA/EA
- Proficient use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to think and act quickly and rationally
- A calm, confident, professional manner and good communication skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Effective time management, ability to prioritise work and be able respond to tight deadlines
- Experience of preparing budgets
- The ability to take minutes to a high standard (A, I, T)
- Experience of working in a busy and fast-moving environment
- Experience of working on own initiative and make decisions in absence of senior leaders
