Are you a skilled Executive Assistant with a talent for building relationships and a proactive attitude? Our client, a charity organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your organisational skills and work with a team of dedicated professionals.

Pay £20ph-£22ph, start ASAP, this temporary position will initially last for 8 weeks, with the possibility of an extension. You will be required to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with 34.5 hours per week. Please note that you will need to work in the office one day a week, located in Borough Market.

As the Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and organising meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prioritising and coordinating schedules to avoid conflicts.
  • Sending reminders and preparing agendas for upcoming meetings.
  • Managing the Chief Engagement Officer email inbox, including responding to emails on their behalf.
  • Drafting, proofreading, and formatting communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong relationship-building skills, be proactive, and have the ability to prioritise effectively. Previous experience in attending leadership team meetings would also be highly desirable.
