Job Title - Executive Assistant - UHNW

Location - Mayfair

Supporting several key figures within the UK division of a prominent international family business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • This includes booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and handling any necessary visa applications, health documentation, and customs paperwork.

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple, often conflicting, commitments across different time zones, ensuring seamless calendar management and efficient time allocation.

  • Support the business with a variety of essential administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and legal requirements.

  • Ensure meeting agendas are set, materials are prepared, and follow-ups are completed promptly, assisting with minute-taking and action item tracking as needed.

  • Handle the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and prompt submission, and assist in tracking expenses.

This is a versatile role, covering both business and personal tasks:

  • Proven experience with UHNWIs or senior leadership in fast-paced environments.
  • Degree educated (or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Proactive, independent, and discreet, with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Maintains absolute confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.
