Description

As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for;

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to a member of the Executive Committee
  • A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can manage a wide range of tasks,
  • Anticipate needs, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office.
  • Screen and prioritise incoming communications, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Draft responses where appropriate
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally
  • Assist in the coordination of projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Other additional and /or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments
  • Act as a liaison between the internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships
  • Coordinate and manage communication with key contacts, including clients, partners, and board members
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts and networks

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
