Executive Assistant£22-£24 p/h12 month rolling contract My client is a global investment banking firm based in London. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join them on a 12 month temporary rolling contract Monday - Friday. You will be required to provide a fast and efficient service to Managing Directors within the FID Division. You will be working alongside a team of assistants, required to develop trusting relationships and promote the value of teamwork throughout the organisation.What you’ll do:
  • Extensive diary management
  • Arrange all meetings, including logistics such as booking conference calls and meeting rooms
  • Extensive verbal and written interaction with internal colleagues and external clients, ensuring the building and maintenance of relationships, both domestically and internationally, within the team and across other business units
  • In accordance with the firmwide expense policy, proactively schedule and arrange for all trips, including lodging, flights, visas, currency exchange, and ground transportation
  • Build strong networks with internal and external counterparts
  • Processing of monthly expenses using Concur
  • Events management such as; client entertainment and social/team events
Skills required:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
  • Confident and friendly personality
  • Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels
  • Proactive ‘can-do’ approach
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail
