Highly sought after position for an Executive assistant to join a global Private Equity Firm based in London's West End and provide EA support to two dynamic Associates.You will be joining a leading Private Equity Firm and you will be exposed to an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment, in a role that will enable you to learn about and participate in the commercial world of business.Excellent benefits on offer including, Pension plan, Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plan, company lunches and generous holidays.Duties will include:-Complex diary management and update of multiple calendars-Schedule and arrange regular and ad hoc meetings, video and conference calls (with Founding Partners and other Senior Managers, liaising with their EAs both internally and externally)-Inbox management-Organisation of worldwide travel, accommodation and visas-Complete and submit expenses-Work closely with all EAs in the European and international offices-Keep information systems and documents up-to-date e.g. office calendars, databases and project files and electronic filing systems-To be familiar with all aspects of work provided by the administration team, providing appropriate cover during periods of sickness and annual leave in both the Operations and Transactions TeamsKey skills:-Proven experience in a demanding admin / EA post-Flexible, proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong work ethic and maturity-Confident, friendly, outgoing "people orientated" personality required-Diplomacy, discretion, politeness and patience-Strong IT skillsThe successful candidate will have at least 4 years EA experience within a corporate environment.
