The position is for an Executive Assistant at an established higher education institution in London.
Candidates should have experience in an executive level EA role and excellent written and communication skills.
The contract duration is 3-6 months with remote or hybrid working options and school hours from 10am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday.
The salary offered is between £40-£45 per hour, inside IR35.
The ideal candidate should be immediately available and confident in liaising with executive level colleagues.

The Role - Internal and external stakeholder management. - Setting clear expectations on submission deadlines- Proof read papers, edit and send them out. - Provide secretarial support during meetings.- Liaise with executive teams to schedule meetings and set agendas. The Offer - 3-6 month contract. - Remote or hybrid working. - School hours (10am-3pm). - Mon-Thurs. - £40-£45 ph. (inside IR35)The Successful Candidate - Excellent written skills and communication. - Experience of executive level EA role. - Experience of scheduling. - Confidence with executive level colleagues. - Immediately available.
