Our client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to support a small allocation (2), including a Senior Managing Partner. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and proactive EA who is flexible and driven. It's an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA to join a global team in a strategic senior-level role.

The successful EA will have prior experience supporting at C-Suite/Board level ideally within a law firm or similar international professional services firm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Complex global travel arrangements - itineraries and schedule updates, ensuring the Partner has support on the ground whilst travelling across various time zones
  • Meeting organisation and preparation of meeting materials - agendas, minute taking and following up actions
  • Drafting correspondence and acting as a gatekeeper
  • Delegating administration tasks to the administration team

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience supporting at C-Suite/Managing Partner/Board level
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to plan ahead
  • The ability to act with discretion
  • A flexible approach, strong business acumen with a keen interest in contributing to the firm’s success
