- Managing diaries, meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Organising complex travel arrangements and itineraries
- Collating expenses and company reports
- Main point of contact for handling compliance records and approvals
- Provide cover for other EAs as needed
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in an EA role within Finance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and efficient with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable and a supportive team player
- Proficient in MS Office packages
