Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensive Executive Support: Serve as the right hand to the executive team, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Management: Handle high-level communication, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails on behalf of executives. Act as a key point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of objectives. Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
- Event Planning: Organize and oversee events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, venue selection, and material preparation to ensure successful execution.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the utmost confidentiality while handling sensitive information, exercising discretion in all matters.
- Administrative Excellence: Oversee office management duties, including document preparation, expense reporting, and file management. Proactively identify ways to streamline administrative processes for increased efficiency.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior-level executives, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting high-quality correspondence and reports.
