Executive Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Business Operations Executive to support the executive team and oversee key operations. This is a multifaceted role that involves administrative support, project management, property-related tasks, and strategic assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of Executive Assistant:

  • Executive Support: Provide research, prepare briefing documents, and liaise between departments.
  • Property Management Support: De-rate business rates for properties under refurbishment, handle property-related valuations and insurance certificates, and arrange access for surveyors.
  • Operational Tasks: Assist with project management, invoice sorting, filing, and expense reporting. Handle invoices, post mail, and answer phone calls.
  • Documentation and Communication: Draft, proofread, and organise documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements:
