About the Role:

The successful Executive Assistant will support senior leadership by managing multiple committees and boards, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. This is a busy and multifaceted role with significant responsibilities, taking over from a team member who has served with distinction for 25 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and Meeting Management: Coordinate schedules and meetings for senior leaders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Committee and Board Coordination: Manage several committees and governing bodies simultaneously, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Event Management: Assist with planning and execution of key events, including dinners, ceremonies, and outings.
  • Document Preparation: Draft reports, letters, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Administrative Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities, maintaining meticulous records and supporting the leadership team in achieving their objectives.

What We’re Looking For An Executive Assistant with:

  • A meticulous eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
