Join my client as an Executive Assistant and play a vital role in assisting their Executive Team. Reporting to the Senior EA/Manager you will be part of the secretariat team committed to supporting the Executive office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a varied role which will suit someone who enjoys a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a calm professional demeanour with the ability to prioritise work, ask for assistance when needed and willing to contribute to the well being of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to Executive members, including diary management, inbox organisation, and travel arrangements.
  • Organise and service meetings, committees, and away days, and minute-taking.
  • Draft high-quality correspondence, presentations, and briefing notes for the Executive Team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
  • Manage key projects and ensure timely reporting on outcomes.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and evaluation systems for effective decision-making.
  • Liaise with Professional Services teams to monitor budgets and create reports.
  • Support high-level partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
