- Support the Founder with 80% business and 20% personal duties
- Diligent diary management
- Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, transfers, airfare, and hotel bookings
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and format documents
- Support finance tasks, including expense management
- Assist in HR processes, including onboarding and team support
- Liaise with IT providers to ensure employee setups and access
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business functioning
- Manage Founder family’s diaries and travel arrangements
- Assist with personal administrative tasks (e.g., holiday planning, car insurance, gift buying, etc.)
