- Proactively manage and prioritise the Directors' calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and events to optimise time.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that all necessary materials and documentation are available.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, expenses and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Support the organisation of corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide general office support including scanning, printing, photocopying and binding documents, handling invoices, and maintaining confidential files and records.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a busy team, preferably within a financial services.
- Strong background in managing multiple stakeholders and supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other office software and systems such as Concur and Workday.
