Executive AssistantWe are seeking a self-sufficient and agile EA to join a global Professional Services firm based in Central London. This newly created role will support a Partner with diary and inbox management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, as well as ad-hoc HR administration. They are offering up to £45k for this role and as a business they offer outstanding benefits and hybrid working. This role will suit an adaptable, self sufficient and organised individual with experience in fast-paced environments. Location: Central LondonPermanent, Full-timeSalary: £40-45KOffice Hours: 9am to 6pmWHAT YOU’LL DOThe key responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Arranging all local and international travel, including flights, accommodation and transportation
  • Documentation production, scanning and general administrative tasks
  • Looking after their internal HR platform and inbox, as well as other administrative support for the HR team
WHO YOU AREThis role will suit an adaptable and organised individual with experience in fast-paced environments. You will be:
  • 3+ years experience within an EA role
  • Self-sufficient and intuitive, with the agility to prioritise and multitasks competing priorities
  • Highly organised and capable of managing last minute changes to meetings or travel arrangements
  • A strong communicator, with the ability to liaise with all levels of staff
  • Reliable, confident and proactive
