- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Arranging all local and international travel, including flights, accommodation and transportation
- Documentation production, scanning and general administrative tasks
- Looking after their internal HR platform and inbox, as well as other administrative support for the HR team
- 3+ years experience within an EA role
- Self-sufficient and intuitive, with the agility to prioritise and multitasks competing priorities
- Highly organised and capable of managing last minute changes to meetings or travel arrangements
- A strong communicator, with the ability to liaise with all levels of staff
- Reliable, confident and proactive
