About the Role:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in enabling senior leaders to navigate their workloads with ease. You'll collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and teams, contributing to a culture that promotes growth and excellence. This position offers exposure to all levels of the organisation, making it a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional development.

Duties:

  • Help manage priorities and workloads, ensuring seamless operations of the team, diaries, and inbox.
  • Schedule executive and client-facing meetings, anticipating changes and managing logistics.
  • Participate in team meetings, assist with on-boarding, and coordinate action items for the team.
  • Plan and execute workshops and meetings, both independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for business trips, ensuring a smooth experience for leaders and clients.
  • Day to day administrative and secretarial support, to ensure smooth day to day running of operations.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level of equivalent*
  • Must have previous experience supporting in an EA role to senior teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, organisation, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, knack for fostering professional relationships.
