You’ll need to be a confident multitasker, capable of managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, and supporting high-profile meetings. With strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team’s day-to-day operations with a strong focus on diary management, travel coordination, and administrative support. This role will be supporting a team of 7, including 2 Partners. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Travel arrangements – book flights, accommodation, transport, and prepare itineraries
  • Expense management – process and reconcile expenses in line with company policies
  • Administrative support – including document preparation, CRM updates, and data entry
  • Project support – assist with ad hoc tasks and provide cover for colleagues when needed
WHO YOU ARE:
  • You must have experience as an EA, or PA within financial services in a fast paced environment
  • Prior experience within private equity would be highly advantageous
  • Performance-driven team player with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised
