Executive Assistant

This role is a Permanent EA position supporting a small number of Senior Managing Directors to provide a first-class support. You will be required to represent these impressive leaders internally and externally, enhancing their reputation with all direct reports and clients.

• Management of complex and fast-moving global schedules across time zones

• Book and coordinate complex travel itineraries along with associated logistics

• Schedule a high volume of video calls

• Pre-empt diary conflicts and challenges

• Create produce and design high-quality documents using your skills across the MS Office suite

• Draft and produce correspondence

• Events and Marketing support as required by your stakeholders

• Some personal duties as required
