- Complex diary management and meeting coordination
- Arranging all local and international travel, including flights, accommodation and transportation
- Documentation production, scanning and general administrative tasks
- Expense reporting and credit card reconciliations
- CRM management and maintenance
- Support with adhoc projects across the team
- 3+ years' experience in an executive support or team assistance role
- Strong initiative, with a proactive and forward-thinking approach
- Outstanding organisational skills to ensure smooth daily operations
- High attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and problem solve effectivelyÂ
- Reliability to work autonomously while also working collaboratively in a small team
- Adaptability, with strong resilience and positive approach
