Our client, a growing VC firm, is seeking a proactive, adaptable EA to support their Managing Partner. This hands-on role covers diary and travel management, event planning, operations, and client communications. Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess the stamina for growth alongside the firm. Solid experience as a 'C-Suite' EA within and SME V.C. highly preferable

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and anticipate needs.
  • Assist in organising bi-annual Board Meetings (UK and U.S.).
  • Build strong relationships with investors, portfolio companies, and stakeholders.
  • Execute events and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Highly motivated, autonomous, and adaptable.
