I am delighted to be working with an amazing mental health charity in search of a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Director of Finance & Operations in diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination. This is an immediate start, full-time, London based hybrid role for 2 - 3 months. This role is key to ensuring smooth executive operations and effective stakeholder engagement.
Deadlines for applications are 12pm on Friday 28 March and interviews will be held on the 1 & 2 of April.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide high-level executive support, including diary management and email coordination.
•    Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
•    Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action points.
•    Manage organisational logistics, including team meetings and office supplies.
•    Support effective document and data management.
About You:
•    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at CEO/Director level.
•    Strong organisational and communication skills.
•    Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•    Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
•    High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
•    A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
