Role: Executive Assistant Location: London West End Salary: £55k to £65k per annumWe are seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to join a leading, private equity firm based in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract, where you’ll play a key role in supporting a high-performing team assisting with a variety of tasks. This is a full-time role offering hybrid working.What You Will DoThis is a varied role that will require you to undertake a range of high level EA tasks in a fast-paced setting. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Efficiently managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, anticipating changes and making last-minute adjustments
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and visas, providing detailed itineraries
  • Provide administrative support to the team working on live deals in a timely manner
  • Administrative support to portfolio companies
  • Process expenses and invoices correctly and efficiently
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders building strong relationships
