- Managing multiple diaries and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones which can be forever changing!
- Organising international travel which includes visas, hotels, itineraries
- Processing expenses
- Supporting with the coordination and progression of projects.
- Creating presentations from scratch, and developing templates as required
- Exporting reports from salesforce and being able to produce presentable reports.
- Being that “go-to” person for the M&A team
- Solid Financial Services experience within a client facing, fast paced team ideally similar to M&A
- Strong project management skills, perhaps with a Prince2, or business management qualification to support this.
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Strong understanding around finance regulations
- Exceptional IT skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Good sense of humour and able to build trust and boundaries with the team.
