This newly created role combines elements of HR support with the duties of an Executive Assistant, offering the opportunity to work alongside senior leadership while also contributing to HR operations.The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do:
  • Diary and meeting management
  • International travel coordination
  • HR support: assist with HR administration, including managing the internal HR platform, processing employee queries, and supporting HR-related tasks.
  • General administration
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant where you have had exposure to HR duties, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • A self-sufficient individual who can work independently and manage multiple tasks with excellent organisational skills.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a flexible approach to shifting priorities and last-minute changes.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of liaising effectively with all levels of staff, including senior leadership.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
  • A team player, able to support both HR and executive functions seamlessly.
