Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented EA looking for a rewarding role that supports senior leadership? We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to become an integral part of the leadership team, at our dynamic organisation is based in stunning offices in the Heart of the City, and offers great employee benefits and flexible working! In this role, you'll not only provide invaluable support to multiple members of our Senior Leadership but also collaborate being part of a positive working culture.

What You'll Do:

  • - Coordinating senior team diary's, meetings, appointments and travel bookings
  • - Assisting with team with meeting support, documentation, presentation and report reviews and preparation
  • - Managing onboarding processes for various projects
  • - Participate and organise both internal and external meetings
  • - Inbox management and scheduling
  • - Organise and support team and company workshops, meetings, and events
  • - Book international business flights and accommodation
  • - Arranging itineraries for the leadership team
  • - Be the first point of contact for clients, when necessary


What We're Looking For:

Education: Credible education, educated to degree level or equivalent*

Experience: Must have previous experience within an EA role, supporting multiple leaders

Skills:

  • - Strong organisational and time management skills
  • - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • - Self-motivated team player who can juggle multiple tasks and deadline
  • - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
