- Coordinating complex scheduling and calendar management for two partners
- Prioritising emails, drafting, reviewing and sending communication on behalf of partners
- Organising an preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Being responsible for handling personal correspondence
- Managing and scheduling personal appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements and activities, including accommodations, transport and meals
- Taking minutes and actions in meetings when requested
- Maintaining various records and documents
- Handling internal and external phone calls and meetings
- Maintaining the office area, meetings rooms and kitchen
- Organising office events
- Providing administrative and office support such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet and meeting pack creation
- Liaising with building management
- Providing support to the HR team when required
- Must be willing to work 5 days in office
- Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Ability to work without close supervision and prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
