We have an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious, global law firm as an EA providing support to the wider Professional Support Lawyer team and other business services stakeholders.

This is a highly involved role with the opportunity to engage in a variety of exciting projects. We are seeking someone confident, proactive, and passionate—perfect for someone looking to transition into a non-legal EA role.

Typical duties include:

  • Act as gatekeeper for all stakeholders/ managers
  • Extensive and proactive diary management
  • Organise meetings, book meeting rooms, prepare document packs
  • Organise and support conferences, events and hospitality
  • Manage the administration of Group training programmes
  • Facilitate training sessions for legal staff and provide end-to-end support
  • Support the BD team with overlapping tasks and projects

To be considered:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • A solution-focused attitude
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Excellent audio skills and typing speeds
