We are looking for an exceptionally bright and driven graduate to join a family office as a virtual part-time Executive Assistant. You will be working for 25-hours per week across 4 or 5 days. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a possibility of moving to full-time. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO across a range of business functions, including corporate and legal administration, HR, marketing, and business development.My client is based in London for half of the year, you will be required to meet in person a couple of times per month during this time. You must be London based or commutable. What You Will DoIn this versatile role, you will provide essential business support while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing key tasks across legal administration, HR, marketing, sales, fundraising, and investor relations
  • Handling personal family management tasks, such as education logistics and property management across the US, UK, and Asia
  • Coordinating the CEO’s diary, meetings, travel, and correspondence
  • Organising company systems and project management platforms (Jira, Slack, Google Drive)
  • Assisting with fundraising initiatives, including managing the demand book, investor relations, and documentation
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including managing the summer internship program
  • Assisting with company secretarial duties and compliance across UK and international entities
  • Helping with legal tasks, including contract management and compliance
Who You AreWe are looking for a driven and organised individual who thrives in a multi-faceted environment. To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A top MBA in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a law degree, or a recent graduate with top academic marks
  • Ideally experience providing executive support or strong internship experience from a leading firm
  • Proficiency in data science, GIS, real estate marketing, or legal expertise is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with knowledge of a second language being advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, Jira, and other relevant software
  • A systematic and efficient work style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
