Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious, globally recognised Investment Firm in search of a seasoned and dynamic Executive Team Assistant.

Location: Central London (Hybrid- 4 day office)

Salary: £60 000 (DOE) + generous bonus

The role:

This role will provide essential administrative support to senior leaders, including the Global Head of Principal Investing, Global Oil Desk Heads, and other senior managers, as well as assist the London Office Manager with day-to-day operations.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you excel at multitasking, have strong organisational skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive admin support, including heavy calendar management, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and managing internal/external communications.
  • Organise international/domestic travel and accommodation using our internal travel portal.
  • Assist with office management and health & safety activities, supporting the London Office Manager.
  • Work closely with global Admin Assistants to ensure seamless support across departments.
  • Process expenses, invoices, visa requests, and prepare PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials.
  • Help organise office events, socials, and conferences.
  • Cover reception calls during lunch breaks, holidays, and as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Team Assistant/PA role, ideally within financial services or a professional corporate setting.
  • High level of professionalism, with a strong service-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong MS Office and Outlook skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives under pressure.
  • Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with a global team.
