Executive Assistant (On-Site | London | Mon-Fri)

An innovative flexi office management company in London is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their CEO and COO. This dynamic role involves providing top-tier administrative support, managing daily operations, and ensuring smooth workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative assistance to the CEO and COO.
  • Manage complex diaries, ensuring smooth scheduling and prioritization of meetings and events.
  • Prepare, track, and manage expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Offer general administrative support, including managing correspondence, coordinating travel, and preparing documents.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Strong diary management and experience with expense reporting.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with utmost sensitivity and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
