- Successfully book international travel, making sure all necessary documents and visas are prepared and itineraries are accurately scheduled
- Plan and organise meetings with multiple time zones involved
- Process expenses
- Manage relationships with key and potential clients
- Ensure effective use of the Firm’s CRM database
- Solid experience working as an EA for senior managers
- Experience working within a client facing area in a financial services environment
- Experience organising complex diaries with international travel
- Extensive IT knowledge, with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM databases
- Hands-on attitude and a natural thirst for new opportunities to learn
