- Manage extremely busy executive calendars efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Full inbox management and regular liaison with C-suite-level external stakeholders
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and briefings for executive review (excellent MS Word skills essential)
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
- Plan and organise corporate events, meetings, and other engagements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coverage for clients within the office.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role within a client-facing, professional services role (ideally leadership consulting, executive search or similar)
- High attention to detail with exceptional proof-reading skills
- High proficiency in MS Word, Outlook,and Excel
- Degree qualification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
