- Answering and screening calls
- Managing diaries, meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Organising complex travel arrangements and itineraries
- Collating expenses and company reports
- Processing invoices and vendor agreements
- Ad hoc admin tasks
- Providing cover for other EAs as needed
- 3+ years' experience in an EA role within Finance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and efficient with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable and a supportive team player
- Proficient in MS Office packages
