Description
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Create project status reports and presentations for executives
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing and editing correspondence and reports
- Organising meetings and events
- Liaising with clients and staff on behalf of the management team
- Assisting with special projects as needed
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Minimum 5 years experience within financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Requires some flexibility with work schedule
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- High level of discretion and judgement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
