Description

  • Providing administrative support to the management team
  • Create project status reports and presentations for executives
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing and editing correspondence and reports
  • Organising meetings and events
  • Liaising with clients and staff on behalf of the management team
  • Assisting with special projects as needed

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience within financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Requires some flexibility with work schedule
