My client is a specialist M&A Advisory firm, searching for a hard working EA to support the CEO and wider team of 10. This is a great opportunity for a practical, professional candidate who is looking for a long term role with progression. Working in a close knit team, in the office Tuesday-Thursdays. Hours 9:00 – 6:00, Monday to Friday.  WHAT YOU WILL DO  Your role will be heavy administration-focused, with EA support to the CEO and Office Management.  Day to day:  • Diary management • Travel booking across • Organising cars, hotels • Inbox management, acting as the gatekeeper • Expense management, invoicing and working with the bookkeeper • Updating Excel spreadsheets • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc admin • Preparing for meetings, catering and planning internal events • Office operations – ordering supplies, restocking, greeting clients  WHO YOU ARE  To be successful, you will be an enthusiastic candidate with a ‘can do’ attitude.
