Executive Assistant, permanent, International Software Company, London, £60,000-£65,000
Our client an international software company based in London requires an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant. The role will deliver a proactive, reliable, consistent and efficient support function to the CEO and form a key part of the Executive support team. This is an exciting opportunity with the option of remote/hybrid working and the expectation that you will travel abroad twice a year for 1-2 weeks.
The main duties of the EA role are:
- Ensure the CEO is advised of inbox priorities
- Schedule meetings, travel and any logistics
- Work with other PAs and help to provide Executive support
- Supporting other Operations teams (HR, Finance, Legal etc) in provision of consistent and efficient operational solutions across the business
- Assist with company events and collaborate on cross team/cross functional activities
Skills & Experience
- Degree in STEM subject with 2:1 or above, plus a good pass grade in Maths at GCSE level
- Extensive experience providing a high standard of operational and administrative support to Executives
- Experience in the technology sector would be great but other sectors will definitely be considered!
- Excellent communication skills
- Project and event management experience
- Willing to travel on behalf of the Company and take part in Company related events
- Excellent IT skills including email, internet, word processing, spreadsheets and shared documents
- Self-driven, results oriented team player with a positive outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- A natural forward planner and able to critically assess own performance
- Reliable, tolerant and determined with a good sense of humour
- Keen to assume responsibility and accountability
- Ability to provide a high standard of operational and administration support in a dynamic office environment
