- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate materials.
- Take minutes at Board/Committee meetings and track actions.
- Organise staff events and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion.
