We're looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join a thriving, people-centric SME that thrives on delivering tailored, innovative solutions to clients. In this role, you'll be working closely with the management team, where your energy, passion, and organizational prowess will make a real difference. And the best part? Your Role:

Provide top-tier executive support for partners across the UK

Lead the charge in building and enhancing the company's online presence (LinkedIn, website)

Drive and support tender processes and contract finalization

Help onboard and integrate new consultants into the team

Take ownership of key internal processes, from staffing to invoicing

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth operations

Organize engaging offsites, events, and dinners

Provide general administrative support as required

Contribute to exciting project work that keeps you challenged and engaged

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Personal, Executive, or Team Assistant

A background in finance, consulting, or a related field

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for delivering quality

Knowledge of marketing, social media, LinkedIn is a plus

A can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
