- Diary and calendar management
- Travel arrangements – book flights, accommodation, transport, and prepare itineraries
- Expense management – process and reconcile expenses in line with company policies
- Administrative support – including document preparation, CRM updates, and data entry
- Project support – assist with ad hoc tasks and provide cover for colleagues when needed
- You must have experience as an EA, or PA within financial services in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience within private equity would be highly advantageous
- Performance-driven team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised
