Executive Assistant (English/Hungarian Speaking)

My client is in urgent need of an Executive Assistant. They are a dynamic and innovative media company known for creating unforgettable B2B experiences. They are highly commercial, rapidly expanding, market leading supplier of innovative technology services. Well established, well connected, and noted for their staff empowerment policies, our client prides themselves on the support and career progression they provide their staff.

The role can be onsite (London), remote, or hybrid.

You will need some experience/familiarity of supporting executives in an international (european mainland) role.

You will also have supported staff, up to CEO, MD, CFO level.

About the role

  • As the Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our clients leadership team, ensuring their schedules and administrative tasks run smoothly.
  • Day to day you will schedule meetings for the CEO and COO, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain records.
  • Diary Management: Proactively manage extensive calendars for the CEO, coordinating meetings, setting appointments, and sending reminders to keep things moving.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing reports and presentations, drafting agendas, and recording minutes with flair.
  • You will provide communications both internally and externally, support on recruitment, project plans and support with governance.
  • It’s important you are an ambassador for the business and uphold and promote the values of the organisation.
  • Administrative Support: Offer top-notch administrative assistance, including proofreading documents and preparing high-quality presentations.
  • Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the CEO’s decision-making processes.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics for the CEO, including visas, travel packs, and foreign currency.
  • Expense Management: Handle the CEO's expenses and monthly claims with precision.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have proven Executive Assistant experience in a similar role
  • You will have experience working across cross-functional teams, have great communication and attention to detail skills and be able to work independently in a busy environment.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex situations with grace.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian.
  • Remote Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and build strong online relationships.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
