We are seeking an immediately available fluent Italian Executive Assistant who enjoys adding value to a team. You will be supporting MD, C-suite level within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You must bean Executive Assistant that has worked within the investment sector, such as investment banking, private equity, asset management or professional services. You will be highly organisational, confident and client-facing in your communication, especially when supporting with diary management, international travel, meetings across multiple time zones and liaising with clients across the globe. This is a great chance to gain exposure within different environments whilst also working with a collaborative group of assistants. As an assistant, you will be adaptable and can plan ahead, always ensuring a seamless day for your team. Duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Managing complex schedules 
  • Arranging travel arrangements and processing related expense reports
  • Liaising and communicating with stakeholders
You will have 5 years+ of experience as an assistant within the investment sector and you will be immediately available. We have two roles, one is a short term assignment and the other is an ongoing role. This is your opportunity to continue thriving in a fast-paced environment.
