- Diary and inbox management including scheduling meetings, agenda preparation, and general admin support
- Organising global travel arrangements including detailed itineraries
- Minute taking and action points for meetings
- Supporting with event coordination, particularly conferences
- Board level support including presentations
- Provide admin support such as correspondence including proof-reading, translation and formatting
- Proven experience as an EA within a corporate company
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Proficient in MS office
