This dynamic consumer tech firm based in London and with global offices is looking for an experienced senior Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite and leadership team. Principally supporting the CPO and CTO the EA will need at least 5 years experience (in a similar environment) and be a born communicator and multi-tasker who is highly organised as well as in possession of excellent admin and project management skills. Day to day you will coordinate the busy diaries for the two senior executives and as both of them travel regularly you will need to be a diary Ninja! You will be managing their complex logistics and global travel with multi-stops and often last minute changes to their schedules. In addition you will be pivotal in managing their monthly meetings so you will need to prepare documentation for these meetings ensuring you liaise with the wider team across logistics. As prioritise change key tasks may change so you may need to pivot in a different direction at short notice. As well as providing high level EA support to your two executives you will liaise with the wider team as well as the senior teams across their global offices. You will be the key person on the team and you will also have responsibility for expenses and invoices for the executives. A big part of this role is event management and part of the offsite management team. This means you will have oversight of all the key calendar dates for major company events across their global offices. This means you will be asked to travel to the other offices on occasion and have responsibility for logistics and hospitality. As the firm is in the tech space you will need to have a natural affinity with software and the technical side aG Suit + others) s you will be required to use the company Apps and their various dashboards that allows you to produce data for their meetings. This is one of four senior EAs across the leadership team so you will liaise closely with senior board members, peers and have access to a lot of highly confidential information. The role is also very much about relationship building so you will be actively involved in building key relationships internally and externally.The ideal EA will need to have C suite experience and some experience in a tech firm (essential). This is a fast paced environment so you need to have proven experience in working to deadlines and enjoy the pressure of a busy team and what this entails. You will also need to be a proven communicator, highly confident and with excellent written skills. This is a role that requires an EA with huge initiative and a desire to work at pace. There is a requirement to travel in this role so you will spend time at their other offices with your executives.
