- Providing full administrative support to the CFO
- Managing diaries, organising internal/external meetings, and coordinating events, travel, hotels, restaurants, and couriers
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, identifying areas where additional support can be provided
- Collating and producing high-standard documents, including the production and editing of PowerPoint presentations
- Contributing to projects and activities as required by the CFO, including project coordination, research, presentations, communication support, and day-to-day tasks
- Maintaining filing and database systems, regularly reviewing them for accuracy and efficiency
- Preparing and submitting expenses
- Generating purchase orders and processing invoices as necessary
- Ensuring an efficient and seamless handover to the job share
- Working collaboratively with the wider administration team to provide assistance, holiday cover, and general office support when required
- Min 12 months diary management experience Â
- Strong Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting Director level
- Adaptable and willing to work in the way of the CFO
- Must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office
