PART TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CFO  This is an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the CFO in a leading property investment company! This role is a part-time job share, working Tuesday – Thursday each week in the London Headquarters.  PART TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CFO ROLE:
  • Providing full administrative support to the CFO
  • Managing diaries, organising internal/external meetings, and coordinating events, travel, hotels, restaurants, and couriers
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, identifying areas where additional support can be provided
  • Collating and producing high-standard documents, including the production and editing of PowerPoint presentations
  • Contributing to projects and activities as required by the CFO, including project coordination, research, presentations, communication support, and day-to-day tasks
  • Maintaining filing and database systems, regularly reviewing them for accuracy and efficiency
  • Preparing and submitting expenses
  • Generating purchase orders and processing invoices as necessary
  • Ensuring an efficient and seamless handover to the job share
  • Working collaboratively with the wider administration team to provide assistance, holiday cover, and general office support when required
PART TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CFO ESSENTIALS:
  • Min 12 months diary management experience  
  • Strong Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience supporting Director level
  • Adaptable and willing to work in the way of the CFO
  • Must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office
